29 સપ્ટેમ્બરથી 14 ઓક્ટોબરઃ શ્રાદ્ધ પક્ષ – પિતૃ પક્ષઃ શ્રાદ્ધમાં પિતૃ તર્પણ, પિંડદાન અને દાન જેવા કાર્યો પિતૃઓના મોક્ષ માટે કરવામાં આવે છે.
શનિવાર, ઑક્ટોબર 14, 2023: સર્વ પિતૃ અમાસ અશ્વિન મહિનાની અમાવાસ્યાના દિવસે પિતૃ પક્ષની પૂર્ણાહુતિ થાય છે. આ ઉપરાંત આ દિવસે સૂર્યગ્રહણ પણ થશે. આ દિવસે મહાલય પણ આવે છે.
રવિવાર, ઑક્ટોબર 15, 2023: નવરાત્રિની શરૂઆત પ્રથમ નોરતુ એ નવરાત્રિની શરૂઆત છે, જ્યારે દુર્ગા મંદિરો અને ઘરોમાં કલશ બાંધવામાં આવે છે.
15 ઓક્ટોબરથી 23 ઓક્ટોબર સુધીના નવ દિવસ નવરાત્રિ છે. જેમાં શહેર અને ગ્રામ્ય બંને વિસ્તારોમાં માતાજીની આરાધના થાય છે.
રવિવાર, 22 ઓક્ટોબર, 2023 એ શારદીય નવરાત્રીની મહાઅષ્ટમી છે. તેનું બીજું નામ હવનાષ્ટમી છે.
સોમવાર, ઑક્ટોબર 23, 2023: આજે શારદીય નવરાત્રીનો 9મો દિવસ છે.
મંગળવાર, 24 ઓક્ટોબર, 2023: આ દશેરા છે. આ દિવસે, મા દુર્ગાની મૂર્તિઓ ડૂબી જાય છે. રાવણ દહન પણ પૂર્ણ થયું.
શનિવાર, ઓક્ટોબર 28, 2023: શરદ પૂર્ણિમા એ અશ્વિન મહિનામાં જોવા મળતી પૂર્ણિમાનું નામ છે. શરદ પૂર્ણિમાના દિવસે ખીર અને દૂધ પૌઆ બનાવવામાં આવે છે અને અમૃતના ગુણો વિકસાવવા માટે રાત્રે ખુલ્લામાં છોડી દેવામાં આવે છે.
