Advantages of the New TAT Exam Pattern

The new TAT exam pattern has several advantages, both for the candidates and the government. Some of the advantages are:

  • The new pattern will test the candidates’ subject knowledge and pedagogical skills more comprehensively.
  • The division of the exam into two papers will make it easier for candidates to prepare and focus on the subjects they wish to teach.
  • The new pattern will also reduce the burden on candidates, as they will have to appear for only one paper instead of two in case they wish to teach only one set of classes.
  • The government can also streamline the recruitment process by conducting the exam for both papers on the same day, thus saving time and resources.
