હવે રાજ્ય સરકારે ઘઉં અને ચોખાની સાથે મફત ખાંડ (Free Ration) આપવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે, પરંતુ તેનો લાભ અમુક ખાસ લોકોને જ મળશે.
સપ્ટેમ્બર મહિનામાં 12 અને 13 સપ્ટેમ્બરે મફત રાશનનું વિતરણ કરવામાં આવશે. એટલે કે આવતીકાલથી તમને ફ્રી રાશનની સુવિધા મળવા લાગશે.
તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે અંત્યોદય કાર્ડ ધારકોને પણ આ વખતે ત્રણ મહિનાની શુગર ફ્રી મળશે. લખનૌના DSO વિજય પ્રતાપ સિંહે આ જાણકારી આપી છે.

અંત્યોદય કાર્ડ ધારકોને જુલાઈ, ઓગસ્ટ અને સપ્ટેમ્બર મહિનામાં 18 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ કિલોના દરે ખાંડ પણ મળશે.હાલમાં, મફત રાશન યોજના હેઠળ, અંત્યોદય કાર્ડ ધારકોને 21 કિલો ચોખા સાથે 14 કિલો ઘઉં મફતમાં મળે છે.
તેમજ ગૃહસ્થી કાર્ડ ધારકોને યુનિટ દીઠ પાંચ કિલો મફત વિતરણ કરવામાં આવશે.આ વખતે, અંતોદય કાર્ડ ધારકોને ત્રિમાસિક ખાંડનું વિતરણ જુલાઈ, ઓગસ્ટ અને સપ્ટેમ્બર મહિના માટે 18 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ કિલોના દરે ત્રણ કિલો કાર્ડ દીઠ રૂ. 54ના દરે કરવામાં આવશે.
અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા સૂચના જારી કરવામાં આવી છે કે જો કોઈ કોટદાર પૈસાની માંગણી કરતો જોવા મળશે અથવા આવી કોઈ ફરિયાદ મળશે તો તેની સામે કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.

How to apply:
To apply for a ration card, you can apply online by visiting your state’s food portal. For example, if you live in Uttar Pradesh, you need to visit the website https://fcs.up.gov.in/FoodPortal.aspx.
From here you need to download the ration card form. To get a ration card, you need to provide an Aadhaar card, voter card, driving license, or any ID.
After applying, you have to pay a fee of Rs 5 to 45. After submitting the form, it is sent for field verification. Verification is completed within 30 days. Your ration card will be ready as soon as this process is completed.
Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution on March 12, 2021, launched the “ Mera Ration ” Mobile App for those Ration card holders who resettle to new places in the hunt for livelihood.
